Brand is a seasoned leadership mentor and mentees benefit handsomely from the extensive experience he gleaned during his career in business spanning 47 years. Typical one-on-one mentorship sessions take two hours and are scheduled at six-weekly intervals over a one year period, usually at the office of the mentee. The discussion items are aligned with the needs of the mentees and vary from issues like business strategy, marketing excellence, customer satisfaction, management effectiveness to interpersonal relationships and work / life balance. An hourly fee at a competitive rate is charged for sessions and travelling cost for mentees outside of Johannesburg is for the client's account.
